CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. However, last-minute cancellations affect our ability to accommodate other clients. * If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice. * Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. * No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best service to all clients. Thank you!
